Challenge
The client has a one-of-a-kind party experience, that is completely new to their market. Their challenge, how do you describe something unlike anything people have ever scene?
But it wasn’t just a new product. It was a whole new company! So the entire brand experience had to be built from the ground up. Did we mention there was also a booking system and e-commerce?
Solution
IWS created a fun upscale brand for Photo Party NC, with room to grow for future regional franchising opportunities. Once the brand was established, a complete package of brand collateral was built, including business cards, vehicle signage, booth event signage and staff apparel.
To drive web engagement, their beautiful new video driven website, includes a powerful newsletter marketing system. And to get booking engagements moving, the web site includes a full featured booking system, with online reservation payments and digital invoicing.

When this client approached IWS, they had a very tight timeline to launch, with client bookings coming in faster then they could manage. Once their new site was up and running, all booking information was centralized, so all employees could see their individual engagements in one unified system. By integrating the booking registration workflow with the newsletter marketing system, their readership began to grow dynamically. Both systems reduced manual hours spent on data processing, payment management, and event marketing.

Photo Party NC offers something far beyond a typical photo booth, so their web site had to demonstrate the unique experience they bring to an event.
The website makes extensive use of video content, showing party guest using the unique features of their product in the context of live events. Once visitors see what Photo Party NC offers, they can book their engagement and pay their deposit directly through the site. Once engagements have completed, closing invoices with a payment link are sent from the website.
